EIGHT STEPS TO HAPPINESS
the Buddhist Way
of Loving Kindness

Tsepagme Buddhist Centre (pronounced 'Say-pag-me') is a residential Kadampa Buddhist Meditation Centre in the heart of the beautiful village of Uppermill in Saddleworth, near Oldham, close to the Pennine hills.  It provides an ideal setting for classes, courses and retreats to learn about Buddhism and meditation, and to develop a meaningful life.

Tsepagme Centre is home to a spiritual community of both lay and ordained practitioners of different ages and backgrounds. Residents and non-residents alike help the Centre to develop so more people have the opportunity to receive teachings and apply Buddha's wisdom to daily life.  In this way positive transformation is made for the benefit of everyone.

Please use the above menu to find out more about the Centre and the programme.
